Our telephone researchers are the core of our business. They speak to senior management or key decision makers within businesses and conduct telephone interviews with them. They not only represent Databuild, but also our clients and therefore need to be confident and able to lead an intelligent conversation whilst recording results on our computer database.

All of our staff receive a full induction to the company and their new job role as well as project specific and software training. Induction and training take a minimum of 2 days but receiving feedback and training continues throughout the project. Our training and development has been recognised by Investors in People standard.

Our researchers are results driven and realise that by achieving their targets, they are contributing to the whole project finishing on time and to budget.
