Qualifications and skills
John has a BA honours degree in History from the University of Northumbria. He has been in the research industry for over 15 years during which time he has developed a strong understanding of the operational side of the industry. He has skills and knowledge across a range of methodologies and sectors and at all stages of the research process including project management, resource planning and management information.
Background and experience
John joined Databuild in 2009 after having previously worked for a number of research agencies. Within his new role he focuses on ensuring the most efficient use of Databuild’s resource and in enhancing our process to ensure timely and effective delivery to clients. He also has overall responsibility for cost control within the business and for providing and acting upon business performance information.
