Kathryn has a degree in Environmental Science (joint honours) from the University of Northampton and the MRS Certificate in Market Research. During her time at Databuild, Kathryn has completed training courses and received coaching to develop her strategic leadership and business management skills.
Background and experience
Kathryn has worked for Databuild for fifteen years. Over this time Kathryn has been integral in the growth of the business.
Her key roles and responsibilities are to ensure that the business is run effectively and that Databuild meets its business objectives.
She manages marketing and is responsible for ensuring that the business grows in line with our growth objectives. She works with our consultants to ensure we develop good relationships with our clients and are meeting our clients’ needs through our research.
Kathryn provides input to staff development making sure that all staff at Databuild are coached and developed within their roles. She is an experienced line manager and has responsibility for managing senior managers within the business.
