UK Accreditation Service
The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is the sole accreditation body recognised by government to assess, against internationally recognised standards, organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services. We have conducted a number of projects for UKAS including:
- A baseline survey in 2004 that developed and measured indicators of awareness and understanding of accreditation, a follow up survey was undertaken at the end of 2006.
- A survey looking at the market for accreditation
- Understanding the need for accreditation in the ICT sector.
